You can now pay your account on our website using your credit card.

Online Banking – Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or ATM

You can pay your account from your bank’s online website or by using your banking app.
It's best to select Identity from the approved preloaded beneficiary list;

Identity – Setting up a Beneficiary

NEDBANK
Step 1: Login to your Nedbank “Money App” online banking
Step 2: Select the “Recipients” option in the top menu bar
Step 3: Select the “Add a new Recipient” option
Step 4: Select the “Bank Approved” section underneath the search block
Step 5: Under the “search recipients” window on the right select “Bank- Approved”
Step 6: Type in “Identity” in the search box and select “Identity Retailing”
Step 7: Select “Edit or Add Details”
Step 8: Under , “Your reference” type in your own reference that will be displayed on your Bank statement
Step 9: Under “Their reference” type in your 14-digit Identity account number, this number you will find on your card or on your statement
Step 10: Select “Save to my recipients”
Step 11: You will receive an “Approve it Message” on your cellphone, select 1 to accept

You are now ready to make a payment by selecting the Pay option!

FNB
Online Profile
Step 1: Login to your online banking profile
Step 2: Select Payments
Step 3: Select Recipients
Step 4: Select Add
Step 5: Select your default banking account
Step 6: Select A Public Recipient
Step 7: Select “Search” and type Identity Electronic Payments and continue
Step 8: Enter Identity under Recipient name
Step 9: Under “Recipient reference” type in your 14-digit Identity account number, this number you will find on your card or on your statement
Step 10: Enter your own reference in the ‘Own reference’ section
Step 11: Select Continue
Step 12: Select confirm if the reference details are correct
Step 13: Confirm the transaction on your banking app
Step 14: Select Finish

Identity has now been loaded as beneficiary.

STANDARD BANK
Step 1: Login to your online or mobile banking profile
Step 2: Select Transact
Step 3: Select Pay
Step 4: Select Add new beneficiary
Step 5: Select A bank-approved company
Step 6: Search IDENTITY RETAILING (PTY) LTD and select
Step 7: Under “Their reference” type in your 14-digit Identity account number, this number you will find on your card or on your statement
Step 8: Enter your own reference in the ‘My reference’ section
Step 9: Select Review
Step 10: Select confirm if the reference details are correct
Step 11: Enter OTP (One Time Password) sent to you via SMS

You’re done! The beneficiary has been added and you can now pay your account.

Capitec
Step 1: Login to your online or mobile banking profile by entering your remote banking PIN to sign in
Step 2: Select Transact
Step 3: Select Payments
Step 4: Select Continue
Step 5: Select Add Beneficiary
Step 6: Select Capitec-registered*
Step 7: Select “Identity” from the dropdown’ menu
Step 8: Under “Account number” type in your 14-digit Identity account number, this number you will find on your card or on your statement
Step 9: Select Next
Step 10: Select Yes when asked if you want to create a beneficiary for “Identity”
Step 11: Enter your remote Banking PIN

Select Pay and follow the prompts

ABSA
Step 1: Login to your online or mobile banking profile
Step 2: Select Pay
Step 3: Select Pay new beneficiary
Step 4: Select Pay a bill
Step 5: Enter Institution Name – Identity Retailing
Step 6: Enter Account holder’s name (your name)
Step 7: Enter Bill account number - type in your 14-digit Identity account number, this number you will find on your card or on your statement
Step 8: Enter Reference for my statement – this is your own reference number that will appear on your bank statement
Step 9: Select next and continue

Easypay Payments

Some customers can now pay their account using EasyPay at stores that accept EasyPay. These include Shoprite, Checkers, Pick 'n Pay and Woolworths.

This is how it works:


Cash Desk In Store

You're welcome to pay your installment, in cash or using your credit or debit card, at any Identity store. Selected stores are open seven days a week, so you're free to pay your account on any day that suits you... even Sunday!


OZOW

You will be sent an OZOW payment link which you can access from your smartphone or computer. Put in the amount you need to pay.
Select the bank where you have an online account.
You will be asked for your online banking login details.
The OZOW platform is safe and secure, so you can comfortably enter the login details.
Follow the same login steps as you do with your existing online banking login steps.
Select the account you want to pay from.
Authenticate using the OTP or APP authentication.
Payment is processed and you will be shown a success notification.
